I especially like it because to me your approach represents balance. You knew you wanted to leave, but didn't only wait - you put intention out there. On the other hand, you didn't just blindly quit, you did wait until you had a clear 'Yes', and then spent three days verifying that. I know in my own life I've gotten out of 'the flow' when I have swung too far one way or the other - either acted too rashly on an insight that needed time to evolve, or just complained inwardly and not taken steps to intend what I want.
