This is wonderful. I studied Buddhism for many years, and as you know I still write on it, and I came to a very similar understanding as to what Yeoshua says here, so it was so high to read this. Although not all Buddhists would agree, but that is OK. There are many different branches of Buddhism just as there are many different branches of Christianity and they don't all agree on the 'idea' level. I think when we practice any of these paths we find this unity that Yeoshua speaks of and then these differences seem inconsequential. So beautiful, thanks- - Lisa

That's so true. There is no one path to bliss. Everyone takes a different route and that's what makes it all so interesting! I love hearing about your crown chakra opening up--yes--PURE LOVE--that's what we all want to return to. Thanks for your comment. ;>)

Thank you. I have a brother who follows buddhism and after several talks, I was left with wondering what the starting point of their belief system/practice was. I know in my heart this is a source, a blissful starting place as you put. But when I talk to him, it seems he is on a path to end suffering and to repeat the karmic learning process, but that there is no "god" for lack of a better word. I find this hard to believe there is no "god", as there needs to be a starting point, or does there? I would like to think there are many paths to the "godhead/creative blissful force of creation" and it really doesn't matter which path you choose as long as it allows for purity, love and life. This is what it means to be in a blissful state? Pure Love, Pure life Pureness of all? As I type I know this is true.. for my crown chakra has opened and is beaming to the heavens. I feel it so strong.

Again, thank you!

Lisa--great question. I will attempt to ask them about this and see what they have to say about it and post the answer this week. I'd love to know as well. Thanks for your comment.

Melinda,

After reading this post, I had another question come to me. What is there to say about Aliens and then that brought about another question as in what the Buddhists believe. It seems from what I gather, they don't really believe or support a deity of any sort. Not that I am a traditional Christian, far from it... but I do find the idea that there is an entry point... a single thing that started this all to make sense to me. As with nature there is a seed that starts. So I see this being a seed that started to grow and from there we have the universe and galaxies.. and as this post would say different places to learn from one of them being earth. So this would make sense in terms of the alien question, as there are different realms we can learn in. But is there a starting point... is there a universal godde like being, thing, essence that all stems from? When Buddha didn't answer about god... what did that mean? I have so many questions about the starting point and then the point of it all, but this one is fairly curious to me.

LOVE THIS, Melinda! I can picture Jesus and some buddies having a great time "up there" watching down on Earth and making bets on who's gonna do what! He brings out some of his personality here with his humor. It just brings me closer to him! I love you, Jesus and Mary Magdalene and Melinda!
